Cervezas la Grúa

This project aims to expand a craft brewery company to increase production, for growth and internationalization. The objective is to build new facilities that will allow them to grow from the 50,000,000 liters per year that they currently produce at their Pontejos factory to 130,000,000 liters per year by 2021. To this end, the company plans to have facilities with a higher level of automation that will not only allow it to increase its own production but also to be in a position to meet the demands of other craft brewers to rent the plant. The company's future challenges include incorporating talent into the workforce, improving the distribution network, and addressing international expansion. Cervezas La Grúa has been operating in the market since 2012 and more than 50% of its production is marketed outside Cantabria, a trend that it intends to change by strengthening the local distribution network.
