The project aims to simultaneously cover two challenges: first, it tackles the insecurity that tenants face when making a substantial security deposit or providing large collateral, often with no clear guarantee of its recovery; second, it resolves landlords' uncertainties regarding tenants in aspects such as the conservation and care of the property or legal protection mechanisms in the event of missed rental payments. Loocked offers to manage deposits, send technicians at the beginning and end of the contract, provide a customized contract template, and upload reports (videos, photos, and inventory) to the web platform.
